PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A mum-of-three diagnosed with leukaemia six weeks ago has is feeling 'lonely and vulnerable' as she undergoes chemotherapy treatment without her family at her side. Sarah Carey, 35, couldn't see her daughters Chloe, 15, Lois, 10, and Hollie, five, or her partner Mark during those six weeks due to coronavirus visiting restrictions at Bradford Royal Infirmary. Her sister Claire said she had been allowed home for a few days last week but tomorrow she will be returning to the hospital to begin her second phase of treatment. She said the time in hospital had left Sarah, from Bradford, feeling isolated and lonely. Sarah Carey "She is really worried about going back to hospital tomorrow. "She is my older sister and I look up to her. She is very vulnerable and I have never seen this side of Sarah before. Her hair is falling out and she is very unwell. "She says she feels very alone. She just wants someone to cuddle her and tell her its alright. She is really struggling with that as she is a people person." Family members, who are from Allerton, Bradford, have been keeping in touch through facetime calls, says Claire, but this has been a poor substitute for seeing one another properly. Claire has now set up a Go Fund Me page to help pay the family's bills because Mark, who is self-employed, has had to put his work on hold as he looks after the girls and helps with home schooling. Sarah Carey with two of her daughters Claire said: "The family decided to do this fundraising to help out Sarah while she is fighting for her life in hospital after being diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia only six weeks ago. She has been in hospital ever since.

. "Sarah is hardworking and lives for her partner and children. "All she does is work all day and come home. She's very organised and runs the show at home so you can imagine the impact it’s had on her family home." Sarah Carey Claire said the money raised through Go Fund Me would help pay the family's bills. Sarah's day job is as a full-time cleaning supervisor at St Bede's and St Joseph's Catholic College in Heaton, Bradford, which has been supporting the fund-raising. "Mark, Sarah’s partner, is self-employed and newly started his own business to provide for his family. "Obviously that has taken a back seat which will cause income to reduce dramatically. Mark and Sarah have ever asked for anything off anyone, they are both very hard working but all that has been forced to stop." Claire says her sister has a long way to go before the treatment can be declared a success. "Sarah has a long fight ahead. "She's just started to lose her hair which is very daunting for her and upsetting as in her words 'I know I’ve got leukaemia in me but now I can start to see it', which had me heartbroken. The look in her face while saying those words il never forget." Sarah adds: "We as a family are doing our very best to help raise the funds in different ways and will continue to do so." The Go Fund Me page has already raised over £2,000 and can be found here
