The idea is for the break to act as a 'reset' before embarking on their campaign to 'stay in the league'. As he reveals what he hopes to achieve from the trip to Spain, he also gave Heckingbottom and his coaching staff an idea about what to expect. Fotheringham told Yorkshire Live: “What we need to do is we need to reset, we’ve got to re-energise. They’ll get a short break but they’ll be running, they’ll be running with their GPSs and their heart rate monitors and they’ll be getting conditioned by our fitness coach Bowser [Paul Bower]. "When they come back we’re going to step the levels up, because we have to.
