PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! The impact of Covid-19 has hit the education sector hard over the past 12 months. But despite the challenges, Manchester’s most prestigious music college has remained committed to providing a world-class education to its global community of students. Now, as the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) prepares for a busy summer term, it’s looking forward to welcoming prospective students worldwide to a special online event on Tuesday, April 13. The event, Discover RNCM, is designed to provide those with a passion and gift for music an ideal opportunity to unearth more about life at a world-leading conservatoire. Spread over 14 hours, attendees have the chance to learn about the programmes on offer (for both classical and popular music), meet like-minded young musicians from all over the world, get to know current staff and students, and explore the incredible career paths available. Ashleigh Rice, student recruitment marketing officer at the college, said: "We’ve put together a packed day full of opportunities to ask questions about anything from conservatoire study to student finance and the audition process. "Anyone who registers will be able to meet our friendly community at live panel discussions, presentations and 1-2-1 calls. They can connect with us using our online instant message feature, explore our venues and facilities virtually and watch performance videos and interviews. "We’re looking forward to meeting the next generation of talented musicians and inspiring them to do what they love and turn a passion for music into an exciting and sustainable career." Ashleigh added: "The RNCM has remained a destination of choice for talented young musicians for almost 50 years. We recognise that the industry has and continues to change, and we’ve adapted brilliantly to that. "I’d encourage anyone who’s interested in pursuing a career in music – whether that’s on or off stage – to join us on April 13."
