Because Steve Wilde and Siân Johnson have just become the first couple to tie the knot at the Manchester Crystal Maze Live experience. The couple, a sales manager and a woodwind repairer, were wed at the unorthodox venue with family and friends, the ceremony even being conducted by a Richard Ayoade lookalike, the host of the recent reboot of the classic 80s TV show. The 80 guests were then treated to a turn in the maze’s various puzzle rooms and its iconic Crystal Dome, before a street food themed wedding breakfast of burgers and Canadian poutine, and dancing to 90s tunes courtesy of wedding band The Uptones.
