. Reports suggest that limited outdoor social mixing and the reopening of non-essential shops could feature in the early stages of the goverment's plans, after schools reopen on March 8. The return of hospitality and holidays is expected later. The easing of restrictions will depend on a range of data - including infection rates, death rates and the number of vaccines administered to vulnerable groups - and the prime minister has stressed that any dates given in his road map will be provisional, and may be pushed back. Meanwhile, an announcement on the vaccine priority order for under-50s is expected to be made in the next week according to Professor Adam Finn, a member of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI). The government has announced an accelerated target to offer vaccines to all adults by the end of July. One in three adults in the UK has now received a coronavirus vaccine, and the government is confident it has the supplies to meet the July 31 target and to vaccinate all adults over 50, and higher risk groups, by April 15, Mr Hancock said.
