In an announcement on Monday 5 April, the Prime Minister confirmed that step two could proceed as planned a week later.This green light meant that gyms and other indoor leisure facilities will also be allowed to reopen.You will only be allowed to do these activities alone or within your household until England moves onto step three, which can start no earlier than 17 May.Steam rooms and saunas will not be allowed to open until step three.
