PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Voters who need to isolate on Thursday and can't attend their polling place can still apply for an emergency proxy vote. Anyone who has tested positive for coronavirus or has been asked to isolate as a member of their household or close contact has tested positive has until 5pm on Thursday, May 6 – polling day– to arrange an emergency proxy. To apply for an emergency proxy, contact the Electoral Registration Office on 0800 030 4333 or email ero@lanarkshire-vjb.gov.
