Edinburgh resident Christopher Moore, who witnessed the shocking scene, likened it to “arrogant driver bingo” due to the manner of the person’s driving. The short clip also shows the black motor zooming through a red light at a crossroads in the capital, Edinburgh Live reports. Christopher who captured the video says that not only did the driver dangerously mount the pavement but they also went past a no entry sign and blockade. The careless motorist was also seen travelling through a red light before speeding off around a corner.
