Constable David Campbell (33), who appeared at Newtownards Magistrates Court by videolink, confirmed that he was aware of the five charges against him.Constable Campbell, with an address c/o Musgrave Street PSNI station, faces five counts of misconduct in public office on various dates between 5 August 2018 and 3 September 2019.During that period as a police officer, he allegedly “without reasonable excuse or justification, engaged in inappropriate communication” with five different females.
