PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Prince Charles reportedly plans to give the public greater access to the royal palaces when he becomes king. The Prince of Wales wants Buckingham Palace, Clarence House, Windsor Castle, Sandringham and Balmoral to be transformed from "private spaces into public spaces", according to the Sunday Times. The plans would see these estates opened more widely for a larger part of the year. Sandringham House, Norfolk, residence of The Queen (Image: Neil Holmes (Getty Images)) Charles has reportedly begun consulting the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and other members of the royal family about the plans to open up the palaces while retaining them as homes. According to the Sunday Times, Charles is considering opening Buckingham Palace and gardens throughout the year when he is king, including when he is in residence. It is understood the Queen knows about the plans.
