They have appealed to local people with information to get in touch - including those who might have dash cam footage. Detective Inspector Paul Riley of Tayside Division CID, who is leading the enquiry, said: “Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries since receiving the report of this attack. “The area where this attack happened is known locally as the Gannochy Duck Pond, which is just off Annat Road. “This area is overlooked by houses, and there are football pitches and tennis courts nearby which are likely to have been getting used at the time when this attack happened. “It is now believed this attack took place between 5.55pm and 7pm on Saturday evening.
