PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Sheffield United fans' hopes of seeing their side in action one final time in the Premier League could still be dashed. Sky Sports is reporting that the Premier League is yet to make a decision on whether it will allow supporters into stadiums after May 17. Boris Johnson this week announced that fans will be able to return to sporting events, in limited numbers, subject to further reviews from that date. A decision as late as May 10 can still be taken by the Government to change that depending on the success of their 'roadmap'. With the final game of the campaign scheduled for May 23, Sheffield United supporters had been given hope this week that they could return for the last day of the season. However, Sky Sports claims the Premier League is to further consult with clubs over whether stadiums should reopen, or whether they should wait until next season. The issue of 'sporting integrity' and a perceived competitive advantage is its main concern.
