The Kelvindale tunnel is around 200 yards long and was only in use for 24 years, between 1896 and 1920. It was used as a part of the Caledonian Railway’s Temple branch line and is now abandoned and overgrown. Locals in the Kelvindale area said there was around 20-30 youths in attendance at the gathering.
