PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A woman who was found dead at a home in Prestwich has been named as Kimberley McAssey. Police were called to a report of 'the sudden death of a woman' in Sherbourne Court on Sunday (February 21). Ms McAssey, 29, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. A murder investigation has since been launched. A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody for questioning. A file in relation to Ms McAssey’s death has been passed to Rochdale Coroner's Court, a spokesperson confirmed. Detective chief inspector, Kate Atton of GMP ’s Bury district, said: “A woman has very tragically lost her life and our thoughts are very much with her family at this desperately sad time.
