PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Manchester City's title-winning hero Ilkay Gundogan has broken his silence on the departures of Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko from the club this summer. Gundogan — who scored twice on the final day of last season to earn a come-from-behind 3-2 win against Aston Villa that won City the title — is entering his seventh season at the Etihad Stadium. He wasn't the only player who played a pivotal role in City's success last season though, as both Jesus and Zinchenko, now of Arsenal, made invaluable contributions. Jesus joined Arsenal in a deal worth £45m last month, before Zinchenko followed for a fee of around £30m a few weeks later. . "Great signings for Arsenal who will make them even more dangerous next season. Especially Gabi [Jesus] has shown that already in his first games." Jesus scored seven goals in Arsenal's five pre-season fixtures, including a hat-trick in a 6-0 thumping of Champions League regulars Sevilla. Zinchenko has started two matches for his new side at left-back, but he could find more opportunities to play in midfield than he did at the Etihad Stadium. Jesus and Zinchenko will come up against their former teammates when City travel to the Emirates Stadium on 20 October, before City host Arsenal on 26 April.
