PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Hundreds of anti-lockdown protesters marched through the Arndale shopping centre. It's understood that the rally was held in protest against current Covid-19 restrictions. Pictures and videos from the protest show hundreds of people carrying walking through the Arndale carrying anti-lockdown banners earlier today. Few appear to be wearing masks. The protest was held two days ahead of the next national easing of lockdown restrictions. The demonstrators continued their protest through the city centre, marching through Chapel Street in Salford before ending up in Media City. . People in England will be able to meet outdoors in groups of up to 30, and indoors - including private homes - in groups of six, or two households. Close contact between friends and family will also be allowed to resume, meaning people can finally hug again. Other recreational venues such as cinemas, museums, theatres and concert halls will be allowed to reopen, although there will be capacity limits on large events.
