PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! People in Stretford and Urmston are being urged to make sure they are eligible to vote ahead of a Parliamentary by-election on December 15. Acting retuning officer Sara Todd wants people to make sure they are registered to vote – and warned people that their by-election polling station might be different to the one they are used to. She said: “Voting is a massive part of our democratic process – who we choose to represent us in Parliament is so important. Therefore, we want to give the chance to vote to everyone who can do.” If people are already registered to vote, they don’t have to do anything. However, if they have recently moved or have recently turned 18, they might have to register via https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote. The deadline to receive applications is Tuesday, November 29.
