PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Huge disruption is expected across Yorkshire for the second day this week as the biggest rail strikes for over three decades continue. The Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) called for the strikes to take place for three days on Tuesday, June 21, Thursday, June 23 and Saturday, June 25. It was confirmed on Wednesday (June 22) that the second day of strike action would take place today (Thurs) after talks between the union and rail bosses broke down. People are being urged not to travel as an estimated 50,000 workers will walk out and trains will be running a limited service between 7.30am and 6.30pm. The latest industrial action comes amid the Arriva bus strike in West Yorkshire. Workers from the bus company have been on strike for over two weeks.
