PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Chris Wilder says it is 'unnatural and unreal' if people think footballers should not hug each other after a goal is scored. There have been calls this week to ban hugging on the pitch in a bid to help stop the spread of coronavirus in football. The Premier League is currently battling to get a grip on rising Covid-19 cases, with Sheffield United themselves suffering their own outbreak with Billy Sharp, Phil Jagielka and a number of staff members recording positive tests. The league is coming under pressure for players to be shown a yellow card and, in some cases a red, if players get too close and too excited during celebrations. Last night's 1-0 victory over Newcastle was United's first in the league this season and first since July 11. It had been a long time coming but well deserved and there was huge relief for everyone connected to the club when Billy Sharp's 73rd-minute penalty sent keeper Karl Darlow the wrong way. However, United's players came under fire after they ran towards the captain and celebrated with their arms around him.

"But it's an emotional game on the pitch and on the touchline. It’s unnatural and unreal."
