PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Commuters in South Yorkshire are being warned to avoid the M18 tomorrow morning, as it is likely to remain closed following a lorry explosion. South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue have been on the scene since around 6pm this evening (August 15). The explosion happened on the M18 J2 near Doncaster, with the road expected to remain closed overnight and into rush hour tomorrow morning. An eye witness has described the moment that the lorry went up in flames, saying that it "exploded" in front of him. Posting on Facebook, Dan Hadfield said: "A tanker has just exploded in front of us on the M18. I literally watched it blow up. Utterly terrible here." Photos from the scene show plumes of thick black smoke, billowing from the sides of a lorry. Follow live updates on this lorry fire here. Earlier this evening, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue confirmed that crews were in attendance.
