PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! The defender impressed during a season-long loan at the City Ground and played a part in their promotion to the Premier League. Heckingbottom had kept in regular contact with the 25-year-old, who was also subject of a bid from Forest in January. However, it fell well below United's valuation of him and they were not interested in the deal. He's been at a team that has got promoted, fantastic, but that's also fantastic for us because he's our player. "There's no issue there. All along the dialogue was about him coming back and getting in our team and being our player." And there could now be a fresh twist in Forest's search for a left back after reports emerged yesterday from Spain claiming they have lodged a 'hard and fast offer' for Valencia defender Jesus Vazquez. The 19-year-old Spaniard is now said to be on Cooper's radar, which could indicate they have either turned their attention elsewhere, or are lining up a replacement in case their pursuit of Lowe is not a success.
