A train company has been forced to apologise after a non-binary passenger complained about an onboard announcement which included the words 'ladies and gentleman, boys and girls'. London North East Railway (LNER) has reportedly committed to reviewing its policy following the complaint, which was flagged to the company via social media. The complaint, sent via Twitter, read: "'Good afternoon ladies and gentleman, boys and girls...' so as a non binary person this announcement doesn't apply to me so I won't listen," reports the MailOnline.
