The max temperature will reach the heights of 11 degrees and the clouds will struggle to shift. So what is the exact forecast for major Yorkshire cities and towns? Huddersfield 10am sees that sun firmly go away as heavy clouds set in. It's marginally warmer by a whole two degrees but it's not the sunny bank holiday weather we were hoping for. 11am and 12pm stay the exact same. Those heavy cloud don't want to leave and the temperature only goes by up a degree. 1pm and 2pm see those clouds turn dark and the sky become overcast. The temperature remains at nine but it's going to feel more like 7. The wind is going to make itself noticed as it brings a bitter chill. 3pm sees those heavy clouds lighten but the wind continues to pick up speed and the temperature isn't going any further up. By 4pm , expect the overcast sky to be back. It's a notch warmer but the wind is stronger still. 5pm does feel more like the actual 10 degrees it is, and whilst it's still overcast, there's a glimmer of hope in sight. 6pm , 7pm and 8pm all have sunny intervals, and whilst it's not the warmest at 10 degrees, there's a possibility of a pint in a beer garden before you have to pile on about six layers.
