PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Jose Mourinho believes Fulham should apologise if they use a full strength team against Tottenham and explained that it's down to Spurs' players over whether it is revealed that they have had coronavirus. In some cases at some clubs, the names of players or managers have been revealed after positive tests for Covid-19. However, Spurs have not revealed the name of a single person to have tested positive at the club thus far and it has caused speculation at times among the fans over player absences. Mourinho, while admitting that he would make it public if he tested positive, explained that it was the choice anyone had to make. Immediately," he said. "I don't have any problem with with that. I think it's just a personal thing. Some clubs they want to [say] and some individuals they want to or they don't want to. "I don't think that that is a problem. What I can tell you and of course you understand it is without names, we had cases - almost every week. "One here, another one in here. One assistant coach, one player, one medical staff. We had it all the time, but we went in the direction of: we do the best we can. "We try to work internally the best we can. We have to play football, doesn't matter what because if you have 14 players available, we have to play. We never tried to take any advantage of it, and that's it." Fulham boss Scott Parker called the decision "scandalous" to rearrange their game with Spurs, postponed last month to due positive Covid cases in the Cottagers' camp, to this Wednesday with 48 hours official notice. Fulham and Parker were first given notice of the possible fixture switch ahead of their FA Cup tie against QPR on Saturday, with Villa having made the postponement request to the Premier League that day. The request from Villa had to be received and signed off before Fulham could be contacted. Confirmation was then only possible on Monday once all the clubs and broadcasters affected by the rescheduling had been consulted. Mourinho, having only had two hours' notice before Fulham's game against Spurs was cancelled last month with his players ready to travel to the stadium, was not impressed by any grumbling coming from across London and said all eyes should be on Parker's line-up. "In relation to Fulham, I think we should wait for tomorrow," he said. "We should see their team, their starting line up, their bench, the players that start, the players on the bench, and the players not involved in the game. My feeling is just my feeling. It’s that they will play with everybody. Maybe one player out. Maximum two. That’s just my guess because all this is confidential information and we don’t have access to any of this. "It’s just a feeling that I have, the best Fulham will be here, so when we see the best Fulham, then you realise lots of things don’t make sense." In the Premier League handbook for this season, with principles signed by all clubs in the league, it states that clubs must accept changes to normal conditions and schedules in order to ensure the completion of the competition. In section C of the handbook it states that "having given consideration to the health and safety of participating players, (require) that clubs participate in matches at more frequent intervals than initially scheduled." "Do you want to finish the season or no? Do you want football to keep going or no?" Mourinho asked. "Do you want to be the only country in Europe without football or no? Do we want the end of the season with champions, a Cup winner, with relegation, with Europe, or we don’t? That’s the main question. "Do you football journalists want to keep working or no? Do we want to have our salaries, yes or no? What do we want? "We played, if I’m not wrong, 11 more matches than Fulham since the beginning of the season. Eleven. We played every week three matches a week. We played in one week four matches.

. "They have Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to prepare for the game. If they come with half of the team, I will be the first one to apologise to them, and I will be the first one to say we played this game with an advantage. "If they come with their best, I think they should apologise to all of us. Come on, let’s play football. Let’s behave the best we can. Let’s protect our industry. Let’s protect our image and let’s play football." "Look, since the since pre-season when I was told that if you have 14 players available, you play football. Since that moment, I thought: ‘We are going to play, we are going to end the season and we are not going to have problems.’" he said. "That rule, if we can call it a rule, for some reason change. We had some matches postponed, and since that moment, the situation became a little bit more difficult. "Then, we needed leadership. We needed decisions to be made, and if we all are very selfish, or if you all want the perfect situation for ourselves, it is going to be very, very difficult for the Premier League to make it amazing for everyone. "That's obvious. I can also ask why Aston Villa played against Liverpool. In the cup, but Aston Villa doesn't play against me tomorrow. He added: "Why am I not playing them? And you want me now to be crying about that. I'm not crying about that. I'm crying about that fact that we cannot have more matches postponed. We can't. "For the teams in Europa League it is impossible to have more matches postponed. So if tomorrow we don't play against Aston Villa because Aston Villa has, let's say, half of that team with coronavirus if we cannot play against Aston Villa - which I accept in the same way that I was not happy but I accepted not to play against him in the past week - come on. "Tomorrow we need to play. If it's not Fulham then against somebody else, but we need to play a match. We cannot have more matches postponed."
