PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A new image has emerged which is claimed to show the 'elite' version of the Tottenham Hotspur 2021/22 Nike home short which the players will showcase next week. Spurs have already announced that Harry Kane & Co will be wearing their new home kit for the first time in their final home game of this season. That game will see Aston Villa visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Wednesday May 19 for the 6pm kick-off. Fans have already had plenty of unofficial glimpses of the shirt in recent months but this is the first time an image purports to show the 'elite' matchday version the players will wear. The top also has a nod to the past as inside the V-neck collar is the club's first ever badge to mark 100 years since it first appeared on their shirts. Spurs have confirmed that the new home top does pay homage to the original cockerel design. Unlike this season's white socks, next season's home kit is expected to return to navy socks that match the shorts. You can find the image of 'leaked' elite shirt in the gallery below along with other images of the version of home and colourful third kit the fans will be able to purchase. They say that it will also feature the colour 'Venom Green', used for the club badge and Nike logo and will be released in July.

. Footy Headlines again got the scoop, claiming that the Spurs home shirt for the season after next will feature a round neck and boast a navy trim with a "Volt" yellow through the centre of it. The inside of the home shirt collar will reportedly contain the word 'Spurs' written numerous times in different forms, filled and outlined. The chest of the shirt in the images contains a semi-circular seam across it, which meets the base of the collar. Here are images of the shirts claimed to be the Tottenham home and away shirts for the 2022/23 season. View gallery What is claimed to be the away shirt is a very different look to recent Spurs shirts. The shirt combines a blue base with dark navy sleeves and a white logo, with a bright 'Volt' yellow collar front. Also unusual about the shirt is the fact that the Spurs badge and the Nike logo sit centrally and above each other and the AIA logo, with the cockerel on top, just under the collar. There is plenty of time before these two shirts are released - more than a year - and that presents plenty of time for the Tottenham fans to form their opinion of them.
