PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A violent yob was caught punching and kicking his partner after some students filmed the shocking attack taking place. Kyle Young, who has a previous conviction for domestic violence against the same victim, launched the assault on a street in broad daylight. However, the 20-year-old failed to account for the fact he was in full view of a block of student flats, the residents of which videoed the attack from an upstairs window, a court heard. The footage was passed to police and Young was later arrested. And it proved invaluable in bringing justice to the thug as the victim refused to co-operate with the prosecution. Now, Young, of Westgate Road, in Newcastle, has narrowly avoided a stint behind bars after he pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating at Newcastle Magistrates' Court. The court heard that Young and his girlfriend were arguing outside The View Student Accommodation, on Barrack Road, in Newcastle City Centre, on December 7 last year. Prosecutor, Rebecca Slade, added: "The case comes to light as a member of public provided police with clips of footage of the assault taking place. "The witness is in a Whatsapp group and receives a message saying "Anyone seen this massive argument outside the flats?".
