Officers were called to the fast food chain's branch off Peel Way in Bury at about 11.30am on Wednesday (August 3). A 28-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of attempted wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and affray. No one was injured in the incident, police have confirmed.

"Officers attended the scene and a 28-year-old woman was arrested for attempted wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and affray. No injuries were reported. The woman remains in custody for questioning."
