PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A man accused of killing David Aubert following an assault in Manchester city centre has appeared in court. Jonathan Adamson, 24, appeared in the dock at Manchester Magistrates’ Court this morning wearing a grey jumper and matching tracksuit bottoms. Mr Adamson, of Stocks Lane, Stalybridge, is charged with a single offence of manslaughter. Police have previously said that at around 4.45am on June 2, officers were called to a report of an assault on Bloom Street in Manchester city centre. Emergency services attended and 59-year-old David was taken to hospital and later left on his own accord. . During the hearing Mr Adamson spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and address. No pleas were entered. Several members of Mr Adamson’s family were present in court during the brief hearing. The case was adjourned for a preliminary hearing at Manchester Crown Court on July 20. Mr Adamson was bailed until the next hearing, with a condition to reside at his address and to abide by a electronically monitored curfew between 7pm and 6am.
