PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A gunman opened fire on a north Manchester street after youths attacked two parked cars. The yobs attacked a Golf and BMW on New Mill Walk in Cheetham Hill on Good Friday (April 2). As they did, a gunman got out of the BMW and shots were fired. The group of youths 'dispersed', before the two cars were driven away. No reports of injuries have been received by cops. Detectives say they believe the shooting was an 'isolated incident'. A small car park off Alderford Parade was later cordoned off as forensic officers carried out a search, as well as part of Waterloo Road. In a statement, Greater Manchester Police said: "Officers attended and located evidence consistent with a firearm discharge. "We currently have additional officers patrolling the area whilst our investigation continues. "Thankfully no injuries have been reported following this incident but this reckless behaviour can have devastating and fatal consequences. "Our enquiries are ongoing and we're appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time or witnessed the firearm discharge to come forward and speak with police. Any information, no matter how small, could be crucial to our investigation."
