According to the Metropolitan Police, the man approached the 12-year-old boy at the junction of Vauxhall Bridge Road and Udall Street at around 3.54pm on Wednesday (May 12).

The victim did not sustain any lasting injuries, but was understandably shocked by the incident, detectives said.
