Dominic Raab told Sky's Sophy Ridge on Sunday that "almost all social restrictions will be lifted" but the nation will still need to be "careful" so as not to "lose the gains we've made". Under the plans, the one metre plus rule is set to go, meaning that people will be able to be in close proximity indoors at pubs, cinemas, clubs, sports matches and theatres. While this is a welcome move for the live event and the hospitality industries, the politician said Londoners will still need to wear a mask under the Governments plans.
