'Sweet and savoury food can be tasty'
The face of a binge eater
I should preface this review by declaring that I am a fiend for Creme Eggs. I've always been a binge eater of the highest order and in the past have been known to put away six of the delicious eggs at a time. In short, I'm just the sort of decrepit, shuffling creep that's suited to a task like this. On first glance the idea is a stupid one. "You're mixing sweet and savoury John, it's a fools errand!" "You'll never be able to match the consistency of the dough with the chocolate shell John!" "Pack it in James you crazed buffoon!"
Why not Creme Eggs?
However, a quick glance across the pond to our American cousins will show you the idea isn't quite as outlandish as it sounds. Americans have been putting bacon on top of sweet pancakes and eating beef burgers with donut patties for ages, if they can do it, why can't we?
