Two people, including a 100-year-old woman with ripped trousers, were seen being treated at the scene with serious injuries on Tuesday (May 4). Dramatic aerial photos revealed the scale of the devastation, including the charred shell of the mid-terrace property that blew up in Ashford, Kent. The chimney of the affected property was the only part of the building which was still standing after the incident. Ring doorbell footage also captured the moment the house exploded at around 7.57am, and neighbours said they could feel the shockwaves of the blast in their own homes.
