There's a lot of scrutiny and we were three awkward teenagers and we're still not media trained and you're really hard on yourself but this time round were so much more relaxed and enjoying it." Bands such as Steps and the Spice Girls have all previously split up, returning years down the line with a different sense of values, which prompted Phil to ask if that is also the case for them. Keisha said: "We' have more appreciation for sure and the industry has changed so much.
