PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Police have issued an appeal after a man broke into a house and indecently exposed himself. Officers were called to a property on New Lane, Burscough after reports of a break in on Monday, February 22 around 1:35am. Police said a man entered the house before being disturbed. He was seen touching himself inappropriately outside the property before making off. Detectives are appealing for information following the incident and have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with their enquiries. The offender is described as white, pale complexion, aged in his mid 30s, 5ft 9, medium build, with mousey receding brown hair, and a round face. He was described as sweating and spoke in broken English. Detective Inspector Pete Reil, of South CID, said: “This is obviously an extremely traumatic incident for the people involved and our enquiries are ongoing.
