PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Jason Donovan has been forced to pull out of Dancing on Ice because of back pain. Jason decided to leave the show following the advice of the ITV show's medical team. Speaking about his decision Jason said: "I am devastated to announce that due to this ongoing back issue that occurred on Dancing on Ice about ten days ago and on the advice of my medical team in the show that unfortunately I can't continue in the competition and have to withdraw. "It's a nightmare and I'm completely gutted, we put so much work into getting to this point but I have to respect my health and I have to respect my body moving forward and that is my biggest priority. "I want to thank everyone at Dancing on Ice Jane, Chris, the judges, Phil, Holly, the production team. the runners, and most importantly I want to thank the celebrities who have become friends and the pros who just do such a great job with us all. "I want to thank the fans for voting for me, sometimes those costumes were colourful and the moves were but we tried and we gave it our best. "Most importantly I want to thank Alex my dance partner who has been a beacon of support, she has believed in me when I didn't believe in myself, she's been patient and that time we've spent together on the ice and rehearsing and getting these little routines together has just been what this whole experience has been about. Emmerdale star Joe-Warren Plant and his professional skating partner Vanessa Bauer pulled out of the competition after testing positive for coronavirus, as did comedian Rufus Hound. Reality TV star Billie Shepherd also left the show early after injuring herself in a fall, while actress and singer Denise Van Outen withdrew after she partially dislocated her shoulder during training. Singer Myleene Klass, former skier Graham Bell and comedian Matt Richardson have been eliminated from the competition. The competition continues on Sunday with Rebekah Vardy, Lady Leshurr, Colin Jackson CBE, Sonny Jay and Faye Brookes along with their professional skating partners. *Dancing On Ice returns this Sunday 28th February at 6pm
