PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A driver was arrested after overturning a car with his two children in the back while suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. The children were both described as being safe and well by police, but their father refused to be breathalysed at the scene. The incident was recounted on the Merseyside Roads Policing Unit Twitter account @MerPolTraffic, along with a photograph of the overturned vehicle, in an 11.29pm post on Sunday night. It read: "The driver of this vehicle unbelievably drove whilst under the influence of alcohol with his two children in the rear of the vehicle before rolling it.
