PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! The family of Ava White have sent a simple request to people across the city as they mark the anniversary of her death. Today marks one year since 12-year-old Ava was murdered after attending a Christmas light switch on in Liverpool city centre on November 25. The schoolgirl was stabbed in the neck by a 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, after an argument about him filming her on Snapchat. Ava's tragic death caused shock and outrage across the region as tributes poured in from loved ones, public figures and strangers. The family have now asked the public to help them to remember Ava by lighting a candle at 6pm on Friday night in her memory. One tribute said "we love you all the world" and added that Ava will be "forever 12." A love heart paid tribute to "our beautiful angel", while another message said "we miss you always and forever". The foundation has set up a Gofundme page with the aim of raising £5,000 to cover the cost of 50 bleed control packs that will be distributed to different venues across the city.
