That is according to finance guru and new Football Insider columnist Kieran Maguire, speaking with the future of the historic stadium a hot topic of discussion following Andrea Radrizzani’s recent comments. The club’s majority shareholder has expressed his desire for Leeds to take the next financial step by either redeveloping the 101-year-old stadium or relocating entirely. Football Insider revealed on Monday that Tottenham are seeking a record-breaking £25m-a-year agreement for the sponsorship of their stadium. Maguire claims that it is not out of the question that Leeds might pursue a similar deal but that it is unlikely to happen with the stadium in its current form. “I think they might go down a naming rights deal with the stadium expansion.
