The former Aberdeen striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, insisted there was no need for a complete overhaul of the coaching staff at Parkhead. As revealed by Football Insider last week, Howe has verbally agreed to take charge of the Bhoys after successful talks with Dermot Desmond. The Daily Mail claim the former Bournemouth boss is happy to keep first-team coaches Kennedy and Strachan on board. Kennedy was appointed interim manager following Neil Lennon’s resignation in February.
