The station wrote: “Today Green watch had a great result getting Patrick the little donkey out of a ditch, wet and cold but back in his field!” The team also said he had gotten stuck there trying to chase sheep in his field, which had broken through a hedge. Patrick was returned to his owners after the rescue, on May 1. However, the next day, the station added an update that Patrick had not made it.
