PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Cornwall has been Gordon and Tana Ramsay's family home since 2015. Since then, the couple has owned several properties in the county - including at Trebetherick, Rock and Fowey. The Hell's Kitchen star and his family spent the first lockdown in their Trebetherick home. Daymer Bay House was first purchased by the father-of-five for £4m in 2016, during a time when the 55-year-old was in the midst of a planning battle to bulldoze an already owned property in Rock - that has now become the family's Cornwall home. The family lived there during renovations and, in March 2021, sold the property for £3.5million more than they first purchased it. Land Registry documents revealed that the £7.5million sale was the most expensive across all of Cornwall for 2021 and is believed to be the most expensive ever recorded in the county. The Grade II listed home, Trevail House on Fore Street, was sold back in October 2020 for £2.75million. It was the town's former Lloyd's Bank and underwent extensive renovations in 2017 before being let out as a holiday home for up to £7,000 per week. His daughter Holly Ramsay and son Jack Ramsay spent time at the property with friends during the first coronavirus lockdown. The Ramsays' Rock property has changed a lot since the Kitchen Nightmares star purchased it. The ageing home, a 1920s five-bedroom property, cost the famous chef £4.4m in 2015 - the second most expensive sale ever recorded in Cornwall at the time. The main house boasts two kitchens and four en-suite bathrooms and two terraces overlooking the Camel Estuary, while the smaller one has three bedrooms, a boat store, a car port as well as a kitchen, dining and living room area.

. The infinity swimming pool cost £102,095.50, a wine cellar set them back £31,412, and the boat store cost £116,337. You can read about all their home improvements here. When in Cornwall, Gordon and Tana often share snaps and videos of their family life here. They include lovely memories of the father-and-son time the celebrity chef spends with Oscar, playing outdoors or having walks on coastal paths, or even photos of a family trip at Rock beach, where he enjoyed some quality time with his wife Tana, Oscar and his daughter Holly. The Ramsays even invited the Beckhams over in 2020, after David and Victoria returned from a family holiday in Greece. They all surprised chef Paul Ainsworth when they had dinner at his The Mariners restaurant in Rock. Although there have been tensions with some locals since the first coronavirus lockdown and he made the unfortunate comment that 'he can't stand the Cornish' earlier this year, Gordon has previously said that he 'absolutely loves' Cornwall. During his time in the county, Gordon has supported many local restaurants and businesses. Taco Boys UK is one of his favourites and Gordon has previously said that Nice Baps in Wadebridge offers the best baps in the country. Last year he also praised St Kew Farm Shop & Cafe's BLT bagel on his Instagram - which led to the business' "busiest week ever". In 2020, Gordon and Tana helped with a local cause when they decided to join Cornwall Air Ambulance as the charity's new ambassadors. The family visited the charity airbase in Newquay in August to meet the duty crew. Gordon said at the time: “Cornwall has been our family home now for five years and we have always been totally in awe of the lifesaving work we see the Cornwall Air Ambulance do every day. We are so immensely proud and honoured to become ambassadors and join the team in helping continue to raise awareness and promote the fantastic service they selflessly carry out for the people of Cornwall.” You can read more about this here.
