PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A one-of-a-kind pub cat who "enjoyed a supply of love" from all and would regularly spook guests with her middle-of-the-night break-ins has sadly died at the ripe age of 15. Angel, the resident feline at Tyacks Hotel, in Camborne, was so unique that she was known to turn up to her vets appointments early - and entirely by herself. A very affectionate white moggy, it would not have been unusual to see her popping into the town's Poundland for a nap, where staff would even lay out a bed for her - and give her a snack. Sometimes she would visit the local vets and curl up on the front desk - keeping everyone company. That's if she wasn't showing up for her own appointments solo, and an hour early. Issuing a tribute to the local legend, Tyacks Hotel said she was "the best cat ever" and was "part of the family". It also apologised if staff are "not as cheery" as usual in the coming days as they adjust to life without the dearly loved pub mascot that had been with them since 2010. Our beautiful Angel has passed away, at the age of (at least 15) today was too much for her!! "Angel joined us in 2010 and has melted hearts ever since!! From playing with our Christmas decorations to scaring hotel guests with her overnight visits (cats love an open window at 3am) she certainly made her presence known!! Always found in peculiar positions in the smallest space!! "To say she was spoilt is a slight understatement from being given a bedroom during busy festival days to the endless supply of love from all!!! Customers buying tubs of treats, prawns and treating her to the best roast beef on Sundays she ate the lot!! "She loved a sprawl in the bay windows on a sunny day and didn't care who she joined!! Quite the character!! Posing for pictures and lapping up the attention!! (Image: Tyacks Hotel) "To Poundland Camborne we thank you for all your love, feeding her during lockdowns, setting up a bed for her and allowing her to pop and say hi!! She knew you guys were there if she needed you!! "To Monument Vets, thank you for everything you have done over the years, allowing her to curl up on your desk a few times too!! Who has known a cat to arrive to her vets appointment an hour early and by herself. "To the BEST pub cat ever, you were a part of our family and we will all miss you!! RIP. As news travels please bear with the staff, we may not be as cheerful as normal over the next few days!!." More than 600 people have left their memories of Angel on the post showing how dearly she was loved. Just a few of them are below: Jonathan McKenzie said: "This is heartbreaking. My deepest condolences to everyone in Tyacks. She really was her own personality, welcoming those she liked (and who fed her treats ) and waiting expectantly to be let in and out like a true Queen of her castle! Rest in peace Angel.
