Forecasters said residents and travellers should expect flooding on roads as well as delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport tomorrow (Thursday). The weather warning has been issued for the North West will be in place from 7am to 7pm. It covers areas to the south and west of the county, including Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford, Frodsham and Nantwich.
