PremierLeague-News.Com - The popular ice cream snack disappeared in the 00s but have now been brought back by supermarket Iceland
PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Shoppers have been reminiscing after seeing a popular ice cream treat from the 80s and 90s back on display in supermarkets. Funny Feet ice creams, made popular in the 80s and 90s, were discontinued in the 00s, but now almost two decades later have been brought back by supermarket giant Iceland, reports the Manchester Evening News. In 2014, a spokesperson from Walls told the Mirror: "There wasn't a conscious decision to get rid of Funny Feet. It was just pushed out by innovation. "The 1990s saw the launch of the Magnum, for example." But now the ice cream is back - and available to buy exclusively at Iceland. The ice creams were spotted on the NewFoodsUK Facebook page, where a post read: "Funny Feet Ice Cream Sticks are back and are exclusive to Iceland! These will be officially out next week, but have been spotted in store already!" The post quickly lead to shoppers reminiscing about the frozen treat, and seemed to be a nostalgic hit. "I used to love these!" exclaimed one shopper. Another wrote: "remember these on holiday years ago.
