PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! The family of an ex-soldier killed on the front line in Ukraine have announced the date of his funeral. Jordan Gatley, from Church Minshull, was shot dead while he was fighting Putin's forces the city of Severodonetsk. Jordan had left the British Army in March and had joined fight against Russia's invasion of Ukraine 'after careful consideration'. But he was tragically killed in June. In a Facebook post, his father Dean confirmed that a military funeral would be held at St Mary's Church in Nantwich at 1.30pm on Monday (August 8). He will then by cremated in Crewe at 2.45pm before a wake is held at Sandbach Rugby Club. By Monday he will in the Chapel of Rest with Graham Tresidder & Sons Funeral Directors, Nantwich. "The funeral arrangements have now been confirmed with the service taking place at St Marys Church in the centre of Nantwich at 1.30pm on Monday the August 8. His final journey will be to the crematorium in Crewe for 2.45pm where, as per his wishes, he will be cremated. This will be followed by a wake in Sandbach.
