PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Bristol City goalkeeper Will Buse has been recalled from his loan spell at Taunton Town after less than a month and will now sign a temporary deal with Yeovil after impressing in a friendly. Buse initially rejoined the National League South for the campaign after starring in the club's promotion as they were crowned champions of the Southern League Premier South division. The 20-year-old has featured heavily in pre-season for Taunton, but it was a game against Yeovil last month that caught the eye of opposition head coach Chris Hargreaves. Buse made a string of impressive saves, including keeping out a penalty, to ensure a clean-sheet in a 0-0 draw. City activated a clause in the loan deal to recall him and he is likely to join Yeovil in the next 24 hours once the paperwork is completed, in time for their National League season opener at Scunthorpe United. Although it's a blow to Taunton's preparations for the new season, the move suits Buse and City for more than one reason. Firstly Buse was born in Yeovil and still lives close to the area and therefore it makes sense from a geographical perspective.

. Therefore the move is two divisions higher than the level Buse was playing at last season having also had previous spells with Truro City in the 2018-19 campaign and Dorchester Town in the 2020-21 season. Yeovil finished 12th in the National League last season with aspirations of forcing their way back to the Football League following their relegation in the 2018-19 campaign. In June, the club announced Buse had signed a new one deal with the Robins until the summer of 2023. He adds to City's talented array of young stoppers who have bright futures in the game including Harvey Wiles-Richards and summer signing Stefan Bajic. Bajic has had to be patient to train with his new team-mates after recovering from wrist surgery conducted at the end of the 2022/23 season and he took part in an open training at Ashton Gate on Tuesday. The young Frenchman, 20, will now look to continue his road to recovery while his injury has slightly disrupted City's plans in the transfer window. The club initially wanted to send Max O'Leary out on loan to a League One club but Nigel Pearson was not prepared to leave his side light of options in goal while Bajic remained sidelined.
