PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! The case of an 18-year-old man charged with the murder of a 16-year-old boy in Radstock was mentioned at Bristol Crown Court. Joshua Delbono of Slipps Close, Frome, is charged with the murder of Charley Bates on July 31. In the course of a 14-minute hearing The Recorder of Bristol His Honour Judge Peter Blair QC remanded Delbono in custody, pending a plea and trial preparation hearing at the court on September 30. A trial into the allegation was pencilled in for January 23 next year. Three other people were arrested as part of the ongoing investigation into the teenager's death.
