PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! An acting police inspector says a woman he had sex with in his police car forced herself on him. Avon and Somerset Police Sergeant Lee Cocking picked up a woman after speaking to her outside a Weston-super-Mare nightclub. Cirencester Courthouse heard that, as he drove her home, they stopped and had a sexual encounter in his unmarked Vauxhall Astra. Cocking claims the woman - who was said to be drunk - lowered her skinny jeans and underwear, straddled him in his driving seat and encouraged him have sex with her against his will. The 39-year-old married dad-of two, of Labourham Way in Cheddar, Somerset, denies misconduct in a judicial or public office while on duty on Christmas Eve, 2017. Michael Mather-Lees, prosecuting, said she was "obviously worse for wear" and was ejected from the Skinny Dippers venue in the early hours of Christmas Eve. The nightingale court, set up at the former Cirencester Magistrates Court to deal with a backlog of trials in the Covid pandemic, was shown CCTV footage of PC Louise Arthur speaking to her in the street. Shortly after the footage shows the arrival of Cocking, who seemed to be a calming influence as she gesticulates. It is the crown's case that, after the encounter, around 3.17am Cocking picked her up near the Grand Pier. It is claimed that they then stopped and had a sexual encounter in a journey to her home which lasted 42 minutes instead of seven. Mr Mather-Lees told the jury the alleged scenario. He said: "She and the defendant engaged in a sexual encounter. "She was worse for drink and doubtless disinhibited. She was naked from the waist down. "Kissing took place. She straddled him." The jury heard the woman asked the officer, who was wearing body armour and a radio - to have intercourse with her. Sergeant Lee Cocking outside court at an earlier hearing Mr Mather-Lees said she undid his trousers and his his private parts out. He told the jury: "The defendant says he was powerless. "She puts his penis inside her and he can't stop." The court heard that after the encounter Cocking returned to his police station and tried to telephone her.

. I put myself in a vulnerable position' When police visited Cocking in January, 2018, he told them she made sexual demands of him in the car and he pushed her off twice. He told fellow officers: "I pulled over and she jumped on me. "I feel so guilty, I tried calling her (after) but I couldn't get through. "I should have just left her there, without her clothes on." He added: "I was stupid. I put myself in a vulnerable position. "I was stupid." Turning to his wife, he said: "I'm really sorry I've done this to you." Ray Tully, defending, said it was conceded by the defence sexual activity took place on a limited basis. But he said: "Lee Cocking says she made all the running in terms of sexual advances. "He had absolutely no intention of any form of sexual encounter with her that evening or ever. "She made sexual overtures and advances towards him." Mr Tully said she dropped her lower clothing, asked for sex and climbed on top of the officer in the driver's seat. He said: "She forced herself on him. "She undid his zip, pulled out his penis from his boxer shorts and brought it out into the open. "She made attempts to stimulate him and then insert his penis in." Mr Tully said his client had not been interested. He told the jury after the encounter his client dropped her off at her home. He said that in Autumn 2017 Cocking had returned to work full-time after being off with post traumatic stress disorder. Mr Tully said: "The defence case is he did not willingly engage in sexual activity at all." The case continues.
