The report of the trip raised a few eyebrows of residents who were quick to ask what might inspire a group to drive three and a half hours to shop in a Sheffield housing estate. A man posted in the comments section saying: "Why are they going from Bristol to Park Hill? Is Park Hill a new holiday spot?" One woman asked: "What are they shopping for in Sheffield that they can't get in Bristol?" One person was more sympathetic to the matter at hand, saying that "people shouldn't be travelling". They wrote: "If they were involved in a car accident that would put unnecessary pressure on the NHS. I'm working from home and hear so many accidents on the travel news." South Yorkshire Police have been asked to provide further details about the group.
